TableMint enhances your hospitality experience by providing an innovative digital solution for checkout and customer engagement at participating venues—whether a restaurant, bar, café, or hotel (each, an “Establishment”).

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TableMint platform and related consumer services, including our website, web-based application, and any features or tools offered by us (collectively, the “User Services”). By using the User Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree with the Terms, do not use the User Services.

These Terms are entered into between you and TableMint Limited, with its registered office at [Insert Company Address], including its affiliates (“TableMint”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. User Account

You may access certain TableMint services without creating a user account, but to access additional features (like order history, digital receipts, or loyalty tracking), registration is required. When creating a TableMint account (“User Account”), you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information;

• Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;

• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials;

• Notify us promptly at support@tablemint.io of any unauthorized access.

You may request deletion of your User Account and personal data at any time by contacting us.

2. Payment Methods

TableMint enables you to store payment methods securely through third-party payment providers who are PCI-compliant. Storing a card is optional but enables faster checkout and may be required to access features like opening a digital tab.

3. Using TableMint Services

Establishments using TableMint can offer services such as:

• Viewing menus and placing orders;

• Accessing your bill in real time;

• Paying without waiting for a server;

• Tipping digitally;

• Receiving receipts;

• Joining loyalty programs;

• Leaving feedback.

Fees may apply when using the TableMint platform to complete payment transactions. These will be transparently communicated. If you prefer, you may choose to pay directly at the Establishment without incurring such service fees.

3.1 Orders

You can place orders via TableMint. You are solely responsible for ensuring your order is accurate and suitable, including verifying allergens or dietary concerns with the Establishment.

3.2 Payments

Payments processed through TableMint are facilitated by licensed payment processors. TableMint is not a payment service provider. If you encounter payment issues, you may need to settle the bill directly with the Establishment.

3.3 Tips

You can choose to leave a gratuity via the TableMint interface. Suggested tip amounts may be presented for convenience, but the final amount is up to you.

3.4 Donations

At checkout, TableMint may invite you to donate to charitable causes. Donations are optional. 100% of the donated amount will be forwarded to the selected organization.

3.5 Reviews

You may leave reviews through the platform. Do not post content that is offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or harmful. TableMint reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

3.6 Loyalty Programs

Participating Establishments may offer loyalty programs through TableMint. By enrolling, you consent to sharing relevant data (e.g., your phone number, payment amount) with the loyalty provider, subject to their privacy terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or infringe third-party rights;

• Use another person’s account or identity;

• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code;

• Use automated tools to scrape or interfere with the platform;

• Distribute viruses or malicious code;

• Use the services for any unauthorized commercial purpose.

Misuse may result in suspension or termination of your access.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on TableMint is the property of TableMint or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. All trademarks, service marks, and logos are owned by TableMint or their respective owners.

When you submit content (like reviews), you grant TableMint a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display that content in connection with our services.

6. Liability

6.1 Establishment Responsibility

TableMint is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or services of any Establishment. Issues related to food quality, service, billing, or order fulfillment are the sole responsibility of the Establishment.

6.2 Platform Content

Menu information, allergen data, and product availability are provided by the Establishment. TableMint does not verify or guarantee this content.

6.3 Service Availability

We strive to maintain platform uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. TableMint is not liable for data loss, service delays, or downtime.

6.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TableMint is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our liability in connection with the User Services shall be limited to the greater of £50 or the total fees paid by you for the services in the past six months.

7. General

• If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• If you are an EU consumer, you may benefit from additional protections under your local laws.

• This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and TableMint regarding the User Services.
